Should it stay, or should it go?

Since we added the rich text editor to the comments section on GottaQuirk, there has been some what of a mixed response.

A problem some people seem to be randomly experiencing is that it takes a while to load even on a fast connection (fast as in South Africa fast - 1Mbits/s). Others have mentioned that if you start typing in the comment box before it has loaded completely, that it clears your entered text as soon as it has finished loading (how annoying).

Some people like it, some don't. So what is the right way to do it - do we carry on with the rich text editor giving you the ability to express your comments with more control over the way they appear, or should we go back to the old plain text (this time with automatic line breaks)?

Please let us know what you'd prefer.

On my office's 4mb+ connection it works just fine :)

I was going to say don't do it but then it just did it to me and it is actually pretty annoying.  But the features are nice.  So if its not possible to fix it i would say drop it.

I'm commenting via my imate, so if it works, I say keep it. If it doesn't, then I'm talking to myself...
