The other day Kat asked me if I could do a Viral Video post, so while doing my usual netsurfing, I came across this little number. The Rabbit, I mean Rabbit-Panther, I mean Rabbit-Panther with turbines… well you'll get the picture once you watch it…

This ad is for Comcast High-Speed internet with PowerBoost™, but if you're not quick, you might just miss that part.
The ad has definitely got viral potential. The way they make everything so dramatic and over the top is rather funny and just so very random. You can't guess what they are going to add to the "Hairless Rabbit-Panther thingy with turbines on ice" next. Scrambled - just the way I like them.

However, there is one big problem with the ad - it could definitely have done with more branding. There's no brand logo or anything, just a simple mention at the end of the ad. Like I mentioned above, you won't catch what it's all about if you're not quick.
But I really think they managed to effectively get their slogan across, "We never stop making fast faster."

(As a side note, this viral advert needs to be part of a larger campaign if they wish to deal with their negative ORM).
