Ok, well while I am not sure that anyone should think of animals in the way they’re being portrayed in this ad – unless you’re a fan of Kelly and the Stud that is – I watched with a bizarre kind of fascination.
After staring mindlessly at nothing for 5 minutes after watching the ad I decided that this must have got plenty knickers in real knots so I did a little Googling. Turns out I was right. There seems to be a fair bit of chatter around whether the ad is promoting bestiality - but whether or not it does (I certainty don’t want to invite my local zebra around this weekend now that I’ve watched it) is not the point.
The producers have succeeded in getting a whole lot of people talking about it and even more watching it – in mere weeks. The Telegraph’s article “Orangina advert 'too sexy'” received a whopping 1822 Diggs in a mere two days – I can guarantee that they all watched it, passed it along to their friends with a note on how outrageous it was, and so on and so forth ad nauseum.
Now, whether anyone who has watched the video is left with a positive image of the brand is another question. I’ve got to say that if I spotted it on the shelves of my local Pick ‘n Pay I don’t think I’d buy it – the whole pole dancing, dry humping animal vibe is not really my style. No judgment though ;-)

Agree that this certainly grabs your attention, but isn't the ultimate point to move people to purchase the product?
This harks back to the old gag about generating recall/awareness by showing a gorilla in a jockstrap. Sure it garners attention, but it is ultimately self defeating as the follow up adverts must be more and more outrageous.
And just in case you haven't been told lately . . . you've got one of the best sites and newsletters around.
