100 Votes for Blogger Bake Off!

by Katharina Scholtz

I have thoroughly enjoyed seeing the vote count climb since yesterday, and think it's great that bloggers got involved to spur on donations for The Blogger Bake Off (no I'm not weeping, and there's no Michael Bolton playing, but I do admit to feeling all warm and fuzzy).

If you don't know what I'm talking about, check out this post. Basically iMod pledged R200 for 100 votes on Muti, and many other bloggers have gotten involved since then.

I'm going to guestimate that we raised at least R2500 since yesterday. While it's a small step on the way to our $1 Million goal, this kind of community support shows that we may just make it there.

This is only the beginning! If you haven't donated yet click on the widget on GottaQuirk, and get involved!

We've just seen this worthy competition, and pledged R250 if iMod's votes gets up to 150 on muti (were a bit late for the 100 votes). We'll donate an additional R200 if this gets up to 100 votes on Muti as well.
