The Sony Bravia ads have become quite the staple. You know that you're going to get something of a spectacle - stunning imagery on a grand scale, some catchy feel-good music and a cool idea that has a strong tie-in with Sony's product.
Here at GottaQuirk we've posted quite a few of these adverts in the past, and as soon as we catch a whiff of a new commercial we eagerly keep a lookout for it on the video streaming sites (although, more often than not, the ads find their way into our inboxes first).

While I think that this latest instalment is quite weak the fact is that no matter how poor this ad would have been it would have gained massive coverage due to its predecessors' success (and would probably be received quite well initially as it evokes that old familiar feeling of watching the original versions).
However, I feel that Sony need to be careful - people may soon start tiring of the same old formula if it doesn't meet or exceed their expectations. Personally I think that the campaign might be losing some momentum, and I wouldn't be too surprised to see the electronics giant try a new angle sometime in the near future.
