As you should be able to tell from my name, I am a woman. So, when I received a mail on Friday from Kelly titled, “Where does women’s money go?” I was intrigued.
I’m not one for stereotypical and sexist clips (unless, of course, they’re poking fun at men), but I loved this one. I’m sure that most of us supreme beings (women) will enjoy this advert and as an added bonus, we can send it on as an explanation for where our salaries disappear to even though we can’t remember spending the money.
See, I can’t help the fact that I have 50 pairs of shoes in my cupboard! The clip obviously appeals to men because it confirms what they think they knew all along – that women spend every cent they have on shoes. While I know that is untrue (we buy dog accessories and handbags too) this clip really appealed to me because now I know that it's clearly not my fault.
Vindicated. At last!

That reminds me, I need new heels. No, seriously, I do.
But my money gets spent on the little things: Vida coffee, Origin coffee, DVD Nouveau, taxi and cab fare, and books. Lots of books. Shoes and handbags? Not really.
