The concept behind branded viral videos often relies either on shock value (the title got you didn't it?) or some feel-good factor to make sure they spread across the Internet. That or they are just hilarious. Todays viral falls into the first category and is, well... taking a cheap shot in my opinion.
Alton Towers Resort teamed up with Ultimo, a leading British underwear brand. They then got a bunch of hot models in a variety of bras and put them through their paces on several roller coaster rides. This ad is obviously not targeted at women... possibly they were right in guessing that loads of guys would see it (hey, it went around the office here). The hope was perhaps that the next time they were getting a little something for the lady, they would choose Ultimo - a long shot in my opinion. The guys from Lol Factory summed it up perfectly
"Here's some sort of viral video for God knows what, probably underwear. But who cares. In any case, this is a video that will put a smile on every man's face: Lovely ladies in underwear on roller-coasters. And why not."
