Nokia's World's Biggest Signpost Campaign

Nokia recently launched a campaign in London to promote the use of their navigation services on handsets and the Web. Based on everyday road signs, the concept resulted in the building of the world's largest signpost. Anyone could text a location to the sign board, which would cause it to point towards the specified location and display its name and distance. People could highlight their favourite spots, an idea which demonstrates how a traditional signpost can be made relevant and driven by interactive media. A simple but clever idea that has been well executed integrating Social Media and the Web.
