Disclaimer: As much as I admire the site below, it is in no way optimised for search. You can read more about Flash SEO here.

I’ve been a fan of the Wizard of Oz ever since I first read the book as a child, but never a fan of the Tin Man. Nothing’s changed over the years, and I’d still take a can opener to his grinning metallic mug if ever our paths crossed. I can’t explain why I have such an intense dislike for the character, which is probably something I should seek professional assistance for, but I can definitely explain why I like this site.

Tin Man is a six-hour Sci-Fi Channel miniseries starring Zooey Deschanel. There are other actors in it I’m sure, but I have no interest in them.

Infinite Oz is an artistic collaboration that takes the user on a journey through the various locales featured in the show – some of them familiar, some of them original and some of them just downright strange – culminating in a visit to the witch Azkadellia’s lair, where I assume DG (honestly, what’s wrong with plain old Dorothy?) delivers an ass-whooping of epic proportions.

User interaction is virtually non-existent –you can pause to read up on scenes and watch video excerpts from the show, and little else – but this isn’t a problem when the presentation itself is so captivating. In fact, chances are that you’ll be so absorbed that you may not even notice the slick drop-in interface until you actually search for it.

This artistic reimagining of Oz is a twisted dystopia, filled with intriguing, strikingly varied scenes and accompanied by a soundtrack that’s soothing one moment, and disarmingly discordant the next. At times the imagery is almost hypnotic.
