Pedigree Dogs - Phantom Camera

Now I know that we usually try to stick to virals that are exclusive to the Interweb. However, when I came across this one (which toes the line between a viral video and a TV ad); I knew we had to make an exception.

This incredibly awesome Pedigree ad (which has received 1,214,704 views on YouTube) reminds me a bit of the TV show, Time Warp - this is because it was filmed with a “phantom camera” (which can shoot a phenomenal 1000 frames per second). What I love about it is the slow motion yearning the viewer can see in the dogs’ eyes before they catch their tasty treats. Their ad agency, TBWA, has managed to intrigue the viewer with the eerie music and incredible frame-by-frame filming. I personally like the bulldog’s expression the best – which is your favourite?

Very nice. The 1000 fps camera is pretty cool. You can see so much more happening behind the action. We have other slow motion vids on http://heavyhitterleads.com your visitors might want to check out.
