Howdy there!

And be sure to tune into the much-loved 2Oceansvibe Radio who will be featuring the Quirk Weekend Music Mix on The Premier Show with Seth Rotherham & Bruce Good between 10am and 1pm on Fridays. You can catch the audio stream over at 2Oceanvibe’s website.
But enough blabbing, let the music play.
Tame Impala – Elephant
Shared by Ben Brouckaert
Oh yeah! Listen to the first single of Australian psychedelic rockers Tame Impala’s upcoming album, Lonerism. Elephant is a suitably groovy track that hooks you right in from the beginning. Enjoy!
Flying Lotus- Between Friends Ft Earl Sweatshirt & Captain Murphy
Shared by Ben Brouckaert
Beat-maker extraordinaire Flying Lotus lays the foundation for Odd Future’s Earl Sweatshirt’s smooth rhymes. It’s great, slightly chilled hip-hop for cruising along a raining Cape Town day.
Crystal Castles – Plague
Shared by Ben Brouckaert
So hip-it-hurts Canadian electronic duo Crystal Castles has released their latest experiment, which may or may not be featured on their upcoming third studio album. It’s a woozy, five-minute ode to rave which is certain to evoke a love it or hate it response.
Snoop Lion – La La La
Shared by Jason Warner
After much speculation we now know the rumours to be true. Together with Major Lazer (one half being Diplo, who’ll be hitting up Assembly next week), Snoop Dogg will be releasing a reggae album under the pseudonym Snoop Lion. Besides for being the first time Snoop’s releasing an album under a different moniker, it’s also a rather banging dub track.
Chrysta Bell - Swing with Me (produced & co-written by David Lynch)
Shared by Matt Wilkinson
It’s time to drop the tempo… Watch a music video that only David Lynch could be involved in, featuring the sultry, soulful vocals of Chrysta Bell.
We hope you enjoyed this week’s Quirk Weekend Music Mix. Because we’re all about sharing, we’d like to know what you are listening to. So go ahead, make our day.
