That’s all I can say after the response to our Creative Director hiring bounty.
I can honestly say that we received more opportunity from that blog post than we did from employing two months of “traditional” hiring methods. We’ve started a number of conversations with some seriously talented people and hopefully though it all, we’ll find that creative genius to take us to new heights. Personally I can’t wait to pay out the cash, some people have been busting balls for us and they deserve to be rewarded.

- A university degree or one helluva story!
- 3 years of solid SEO experience.
- A decent understanding of paid search.
- A passion for the Internet and search marketing.
- You do not need to know how to write copy, but it’d be great if you could spell.
