PPC - you gets what you pays for

by Sarah Aitken

So we’re now 6 chapters into our eMarketing 101 series, having released the latest one with the newsletter a little earlier today: PPC – you gets what you pays for. Have a read online, or download the PDF and add it to your ever growing collection.

I’m big on my stats, as ultimately they’re the defining measurable that separates online and offline marketing, so I’ll share an interesting one with you. Historically the viral clips in the Quirk newsletter have shown the highest click-through rates, with nothing beating them. But guess what! Since we began releasing our fortnightly eMarketing 101 chapters, their click-throughs have over taken those of the viral clips.

We knew our readers loved the virals, but to see so much benefit being derived from our eDucation series really does give me a warm fuzzy feeling inside. I can understand why people want to become teachers – it definitely is rewarding.
