eMarketing tips for some random guy

During my recent travels around YouTube, I found a very interesting video about some random guy who goes by the nickname Chudnovsky.

With 528,179 views, 2,705 comments, and being on 2,817 peoples’ favourites list, I thought to my self: “Why all the attention?” It’s not funny. Nobody dies. Yes, it might classify as being a bit weird, but this guy might be onto something. I investigated…

Alex Chudnovsky, male, aged 33, living in Sydney Australia,
Loves music and wants to make friends. He’s got 48 original videos, with loads of views (952,926) and comments (11,116) from other YouTubers.
He’s got 1, 2, 3 websites, each with a PageRank of 0, and surprisingly, 0 inbound links.

Ok, except for being Australian, and not having enough friends at 33, he’s a pretty normal guy. But why does no one know about this?

10 things Chudnovsky could do to improve his stuation:

1). PPC
Bidding for popular phrases will get you traffic. Traffic will get you more brand exposure.

2). SEO
Although this is no overnight fairytale; SEO is cheapest and best way to get your name out there.  

3). Online Banner Advertising
Placing targeted banners on other websites will get you traffic and brand exposure.

4). WebPR Articles
WebPR is perfect for getting your name out there. Write an article and send it to the masses!

5). Blogging
Write about yourself. Write about other people, get their attention, get talked about…

6). Forums
Join a community on a forum; get your name out there. Answer questions others might have about you.

7). ORM
Speak to target markets. Right the wrongs. Blog about your rights or about your competitors wrongs…

8). Video
Do something funny. Complain about something. Kill someone etc. But remember to add your URL for people to visit afterwards.

9). Spamming
And if all this does not work for you, pay some random guy to send people mails from his garage…

10). Shave your head, get a tattoo, and go to rehab…

haha.. I think I might shave my head:))
Its not all about money MR :)).. I am a web developer its not my intention to get hits on my sites from other sites, the idea is to just share the music with people and have fun :)
