The answer to effortless backups

Ok this post isn’t really eMarketing related but I think those of you who work on a laptop/pc all day will appreciate it. Most of us have at one time or another had a hard drive crash (or even stolen). Either way data was lost. Many would learn from the painful lesson of having lost all their emails, photos or whatever and be disciplined enough to backup regularly. Others have suffered at the hands of countless data tragedies.
Until I discovered SyncBackSE I belonged in the latter category. Until that day, backing up was a pain and I did it, at most, once a week. With an external hard drive and SyncBackSE running on my laptop, my entire hard drive is now backed up while I sleep. What could be better!
SyncBackSE was built by 2BrightSparks and bright they are… even in the marketing department! You can either buy their latest version for $25 or their older (but still very good) version which is available as Freeware. I’ve used the Freeware until now but I’ve just loaded up the trial of their new version and who knows, maybe after 30 days they’ll get 25 bucks out of me… they probably deserve it.
